Lamphey
There is a well equipped 7-11 type store at the Murco filling station in Lamphey, they have a good selection of everyday essentials, as well as beers and wines. They also sell National Lottery tickets.

Freshwater East.
There is a very small shop at the Longhouse pub restauraunt, they sell basic essentials such as Milk, Bread, Newspapers and a selection of gear to use on the beach such as buckets, spades, balls and wetsuits.

Pembroke
Pembroke main street has numerous cafes, restaurants, public houses and takeaways. There is a variety of shops from every day groceries, to novelty gift shops. You can access most of the main high street banks in the Town. There is also a Leisure centre with a swimming pool that is open to the public.

Pembroke Dock
This is actually a separate town a couple of miles from Pembroke. Pembroke Dock contains the bigger, more commercial shops, such as Tesco, Brantano, Argos, Focus etc.

Tenby
This bustling Seaside Town is a pleasure to walk around. There is a wide variety of shops from your every day groceries, to novel little gift shops and various pound shops. There are lovely little cafes, restaurants, bars, delicatessens and ice cream parlours. The mix creates a holiday town that is packed with atmosphere and makes you want to go back. The back drop of the historic buildings and the medieval town walls, just compliments everything this fantastic town has to offer.
